Auction is Dealey PTA's largest fundraising initiative for the year. All contributions help fund improvements to the school, teacher/staff training, classroom materials, field trips, and much more. The Auction is a fun way to spend an evening socializing with other members of the Dealey community. We invite everyone to join us for dinner, dancing, and bidding.
The Auction consists of Silent Auction and a Live Auction. All bidding will be done digitally. In the days before the event, you will receive text and email messages with instructions on how to bid using our mobile device.
Early bird individual tickets are $65 per person. Early bird sales end on Feb. 5th. Tickets sold after Feb. 5th will cost $75 per person.
If you would like to choose the guests at your table then you can choose to sponsor a table. Table sponsorship is $1000 ($100 per person as each table seats 10. Table sponsorship guests also receive 2 bottles of wine served at their table and home delivery of purchased auction items.
All tickets (individual, "Sponsor a Teacher", or table sponsorships) include a seated 3-course dinner and 2 bar tickets.
We invite all attendees to purchase a ticket for a teacher/staff member in addition to their ticket. We want to make sure that any teacher/staff member that would like to attend this fantastic event will have the opportunity to do so at no cost.
We are challenging our wonderful Dealey community to gather and share your Favorite Things by soliciting donations for our Mardi Gras Ball & Auction. If you can donate, please fill out the In-Kind Donation Form linked below. The auction committee will take care of the rest!
