In order to make this event a success, WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Volunteers are needed for set up/clean up, rides, games, prize booth, ticket sales and more!
We are asking ALL parents to volunteer for at least one hour shift on Friday, October 20th or Saturday, October 21st.
To sign up to volunteer and pick your shift, complete the following steps:
- Log into your VOLY profile.
- Find the Carnival event in VOLY and click the “I Want to Help!” button.
- Within the event details, access the SignUp Genius link and choose your volunteer shift(s).

BRING US YOUR TOYS
Box up those gently used toys, books, games, and more so that Fall Festival has prizes galore!
Drop off your donations in the big BOX outside the front office from Oct. 2nd-Oct. 19th.
CALLING ALL BAKERS
Stir, sprinkle, mix, repeat. Help us bake some spectacular treats!

WRIST BANDS – Purchase here!
Wrist Bands provide UNLIMITED access to games, rides, train rides, photo booth, face and hair painting, and tattoos. It is the most economical and hassle-free way to have UNLIMITED FALL FESTIVAL FUN!
Purchase by Friday, OCTOBER 13th and pay $20 for the first wrist band and $10 for each additional band.
Purchase AT THE GATE and pay $25 for the first wrist band and $15 for each additional band.
*wrist bands DO NOT INCLUDE food, beverages, bake sale items, or the guessing booth.

Tickets are needed for food, beverages, bake sale items, and the guessing booth! Tickets are 50₵ each and food items range from 6 tickets to 2 tickets per item.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance to avoid the lines!
The DEADLINE to order tickets in advance is Friday, October 13th.
DALLAS COWBOYS RAFFLE TICKETS
Parents, help earn free dress passes for your kids and a $1,000 allocation for classroom materials for their teacher by selling $5 raffle tickets.
The student who sells the winning ticket will also win a prize valued at $200!!
Raffle winner gets 4 great seats and a parking pass to the Dallas Cowboys game against the Seattle Seahawks at 3:25pm on December 24!
Raffle tickets will come home in Thursday Folders on 10/5 and more are available in the office.
Tickets & money are due in the LOCKED PTA box outside of the office by OCTOBER 19th.
Raffle drawing will be held at the Carnival on OCTOBER 21st.
